Into stars that day

Infatuate me, my dreams,
As I drift off to sleep.
Fill me up with lofty love
And play with each heartbeat.
Make my restful mind to soar;
Let me briefly dance high with
The only soul whom I adore,
‘Til wakeness take away your gift
And drift in love I do no more.
